    Aiping Wang, Autonomous Region Bureau of Industry and Commerce Assistant Commissioner is Hohhot’s ardent hope for both individual and private associations of work practices to make a better economic platform and working conditions for all those involved

    On June 29th, in Hohhot, self-employed workers from the Private Enterprise Association Private Individual Workers associations attended the Grand Opening of the Sixth Congress Member Representative Assembly, which was convened in The Hyatt ‘Inner Mongolian Guest Pleased’ Hotel.

    During the Conference period, with the full consideration of all, they passed the ‘Huhhot Fifth Self-Employed Private Enterprise Association Council Work Report’, and also held, with the consideration of all individual workers, the election of the sixth private individual workers Private enterprise to the Hohhot Council.

    They also managed and gave out awards for ‘The Civilized Good Faith Individual Engaged In Commerce’, ‘The Civilized Good Faith Enterprise’, ‘the 2010 Best Grass-Roots Business Association Organization’ and ‘The Advanced Worker for The Autonomous Region Civilization’ which, the Autonomous Region Bureau Of Industry And Commerce, an autonomous region private association. During this time, they have made these commendations, which are indeed a great honour for all involved.

    Autonomous Region Bureau of Industry and Commerce Assistant Commissioner Aiping Wang, Huhhot People’s Government Deputy Mayor, Lu Hui Sheng, and city Political Consultative Conference Vice-President Chen Man Li all attended the conference.

    on the basis of effectiveness in the foundation, the encompassment of the attempt to strengthen self-construction, through strengthening a series of subject contents and so on, around the theme of the content, to own the construction, proposed the earnest hope for the new session of council work.

    All in all, Aiping Wang and his colleagues passed a series of amendments that means the future of the workers and their rights would be ensured and that the foreign companies who were employing these workers would have to negotiate fully with the workers associations to make sure pay and conditions of employment were not subject to Imperial like behaviour, but came under the scope of the Peoples Republic of China charter of rights and privileges for Chinese workers. The key was the private workers associations must be properly organised and communicate well with each other, so a consistent level of understanding is achieved and this in turn can be communicated to the employers, with smooth results and the best possible outcomes for all.
